Reports Overview

The Reports section of the HUMAN Dashboard lets you create and download reports that outline the traffic data collected by each of HUMAN’s solutions. Reports draw upon the same data that you can view in the Explore section, but these reports are downloadable files rather than a live visualization within the Dashboard.

This section is broken into two pages: Reports and Files. You can create a new report at any time by selecting the New Report button or importing data from an Explore view.

Reports

The Reports page lists any reports saved to your HUMAN account. A new report file is generated each time that report is run, so a single report listed on the Reports page may have multiple associated files listed on the Files page. You can search for individual reports by using the search bar in the upper right corner or browse the full list of reports on the following tabs:

  • All: All available reports saved to your company’s HUMAN account.
  • My Reports: Reports that you have created. 

Each tab displays a table containing a list of available reports and several relevant fields, including the report’s name, owner, date range, and the date the report was last modified. You can select the column headers for each field to sort your list of reports by that field, in either ascending or descending order. 

The Files column includes the number of files associated with that report, if applicable. If a report has files available, you can select the file icon next to each report to open a drop-down menu containing those reports. You can download a single file by selecting the download icon next to that filename, download or delete multiple files at once by selecting the checkboxes next to each filename, or generate a new file for that report by selecting Run Report.

The Actions column lets you run, clone, or delete each report. You can also select the name of a report to edit the settings for that report.

Files

The Files page lists any report files previously generated by HUMAN. A new report file is generated each time that report is run, so a single report listed on the Reports page may have multiple associated files listed on the Files page. You can search for individual files by using the search bar in the upper right corner or browse the full list of files on the following tabs:

  • All: All available files from your company’s reports.
  • My Files: Files generated from reports that you created.
  • Ad Hoc: Files generated from reports that were run but not saved.
  • Scheduled: Files generated from reports that run on a schedule. 
  • Detailed: Files generated from transaction-level reports. To enable transaction-level reports, please contact your technical account manager.

The File column includes the file size of each report and download button for each file. The Actions column lets you clone a file by creating a new report using that file’s settings or delete the file permanently. You can also download or delete multiple files at once by selecting the checkboxes next to each filename.
